Investing in notes secured by real estate is a
great investment with higher than average returns. It’s not like
investing in the stock market and hoping your stock goes up (or
at least not down). Your capital is preserved while it earns a
double-digit yield.
Diversification is the key
to investing and secured notes are an important part of a
diversified portfolio. Investment money can be spread among many
different notes, which are secured by properties in different
geographic locations. This is beneficial because the real estate
market in some areas is much better than in others.
