Ron Kaplan, President & Broker

Ron Kaplan is a life long resident of Orange County, California with seventeen years of experience in all facets of real estate investing.

Ron graduated from the U.S.C. From 1998 through 2005, Ron and a business partner owned a real estate investment company called K&S Diversified Investments, Inc. that specialized in the purchase and resale of distressed notes and real estate. Under Ron's management, the company purchased hundreds of distressed notes and foreclosure properties throughout the western United States.  In addition, Ron supervised the management of a large rental property portfolio in seven states from coast to coast.

Currently, as the President & Broker of Record for Equity Investments Group, Ron works closely on a day to day basis with both the company's borrowers and investors. With his expertise in title, foreclosure and valuation he is also personally involved in the acquisition and disposition of all the company's real estate related assets.
